Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Source new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and following up on inbound inquiries.

Sales Closing: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of product/service features to offer tailored solutions to customer needs.

CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM.

Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and foster upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or telemarketing role.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong, persuasive, and active listening abilities.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Motivation: Target-driven, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education: High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is often preferred.
