Job Description

  • 🎯 Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Architect:Develop architectural designs from concept to execution.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and working drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants on project development.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
  • As an Interior Designer:Create and develop interior design concepts based on client needs and space usage.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
  • Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
  • Communicate design ideas effectively through sketches, layouts, and visualizations.
  • Oversee interior fit-outs, sourcing, and vendor coordination.
