Job Description

  • Supervise Civil & Interior project execution as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and timelines.
  • Manage labour, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure productivity and discipline.
  • Take site measurements and interpret drawings accurately.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Plan materials, verify quality, and control wastage.
  • Prepare quotations, estimates, and support vendor negotiations.
  • Maintain DPRs, labour reports, measurement sheets, and site documentation.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
  • Resolve site issues independently and report progress to management.
