Job Title: International Telesales Executive (Night Shift)

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

About the Role

NVD Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-driven International Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients. This is a Work From Office (WFO) opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and convert international sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective international clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation completed (Mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in the night shift and interacting with international clients.
