Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make basic accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expenses).
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors for material orders and deliveries.
- Maintain records of material inward, outward, and inventory.
- Track stock levels and update inventory records.
- Prepare basic reports and support office administration activities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or office administration.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
