Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and responsible IT Operations & Technical Manager who can handle site operations, manage technical teams, supervise projects, and ensure smooth execution of IT Infrastructure, ELV, and AV-VC solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and advanced computer/software knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete site operations and on-site project execution
- Supervise installation and maintenance of IT Infrastructure, ELV, CCTV, Networking & AV-VC systems
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Team management and task delegation
- Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Handle software, system configurations, networking, and reporting
- Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are maintained
- Support business operations with technical planning
Required Skills:
- Advanced Computer Knowledge (Excel, Reporting, Software Handling, System Management)
- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure
- ELV Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Attendance, Security Systems)
- AV-VC Solutions understanding
- Networking & Troubleshooting
- Leadership & Team Management
- Site Handling Experience
- Good Communication Skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer, Electronics, Networking, or related field
- Technical problem-solving expert
- Field + Office coordination capable
- Responsible, proactive, and management-oriented
