Job Description
Qualification: BE/B.TECH/ 10+2+3,
Core Hardware and Networking Profile \
Location: Maninagar Ahmedabad
Experience: 7 + yrs. (Trouble shoot card level hardware issues related to Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, and other accessories) \
Should have managed a team of minimum 12 engineers (Field engineers as an added advantage)
Must have worked on any ticketing tool for at least 3 yrs.
Good at report generation and tracking tickets.
Capable of training field engineers and excellent in team handling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing their respective locations and follow SLA.
They will be the SPOC for all roles and responsibilities of their PUDO for ticket closure and performance,
Responsible for generating daily report of location and update the project manager.
Make sure field engineers are successfully closing maximum tickets in a day.
Ensuring timely and correct location tickets are issues to each engineer.
