Jr. Content Strategist-Museum Content & Execution
The Deputy Manager – Museum Content & Execution will report to the Museum Director and play a critical role in translating the museum’s vision into compelling, research-backed narratives and immersive exhibitions. The role combines content research, storytelling, cross-functional coordination, and execution support, working closely with exhibition designers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Adani Group’s businesses, leadership journeys, milestones, and impact to support accurate, contemporary, and future-ready museum narratives.
- Content Development & Exhibition Coordination: Work closely with the Exhibition Design and Experience teams to convert research and concepts into engaging spatial narratives, scripts, multimedia content, and interpretive frameworks.
- Vision Execution Support: Play a pivotal role in executing the overall vision of the museum by ensuring alignment between content, design, stakeholder intent, and institutional goals.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with content writers, designers, researchers, technology partners, and other agencies to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and alignment with the museum’s vision.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) across all Adani businesses to stay updated on business developments, initiatives, and milestones. Ensure continuous flow of accurate and relevant information for updating museum narratives.
- Content Updates & Continuity: Facilitate periodic updates to museum content as businesses evolve, ensuring the museum remains current, credible, and forward-looking.
- 3–4 years of experience in content development, content ideation, research, storytelling, or related fields.
- Background in media, publishing, digital content, broadcast, experiential storytelling, or media companies is preferred.
- Museum or exhibition experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong research and synthesis skills with the ability to translate complex business and institutional information into engaging narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of enthusiasm and commitment to be part of a landmark museum project within one of the world’s most prominent organizations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.
