We take pride in our quality products and are currently expanding our team at our manufacturing unit. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Junior Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our manufacturing unit's daily finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, strong hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel, and a quick-learning attitude. Experience with Vyapaar software will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Bookkeeping: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, and Journal entries in Tally.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain updated bank statements.
• Billing & Documentation: Generate and manage GST-compliant E-Way bills, E-Invoices, and professional delivery challans for the manufacturing unit.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: Prepare quotations, manage accounts payable/receivable, and follow up with clients for timely payments.
• Taxation Support: Assist in basic GST and TDS compliance, including data preparation and reconciliation.
• Reporting: Maintain and update daily/weekly financial data and reports using MS Excel.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in core accounting (Experience in a manufacturing setup is a plus). Bright freshers with excellent software skills may also be considered.
• Software Skills:
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
• Prior experience working on Vyapaar software is a major plus.
• Core Knowledge: Clear understanding of basic accounting concepts, golden rules of accounting, and debit/credit entries.
