Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with around 1 year of accounting experience. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, Tally Prime, and Microsoft Excel, and be eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Prepare sales, purchase, payment, and receipt vouchers.
• Maintain cash, bank, and ledger records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
• Support GST-related data preparation and documentation.
• Maintain accounting records and filing of financial documents.
• Assist in invoice verification and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Generate basic accounting reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering).
• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• QualificationsB.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• PreferredBasic knowledge of GST.
• Familiarity with MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
