Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, chopping, cleaning vegetables, etc.)
- Prepare ingredients as per kitchen requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment
- Help in storing food items properly as per safety standards
- Support in packing and serving food (if required)
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in managing kitchen stock and supplies
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of kitchen work preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Discipline and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen is an advantage
