- Key Responsibilities
- Collect, label, and process patient samples accurately.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as Hematology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Clinical Pathology.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all test results.
- Record, analyze, and report laboratory findings promptly.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test requirements and results.
- Manage inventory of laboratory reagents, consumables, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
