Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Lead Generation Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, conducting in-depth market research, building and maintaining a database of potential clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities. The role also involves consistent communication with prospects, nurturing relationships, and exploring potential avenues to expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in identifying New Leads and executing effective Lead Generation strategies
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to nurture and build client relationships
• Sales acumen with a proven ability to support business growth initiatives
• Solid Research skills to identify market opportunities and potential clients
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
• Experience in the recruitment, staffing, or technology sectors is a plus
