Job Description

  • Generate business through cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition activities.
  • Conduct field sales and direct marketing by developing relationships with builders, Channel Partners (CPs), Chartered Accountants (CAs), property consultants, and other referral sources.
  • Understand customer financial requirements and guide them in selecting suitable loan products.
  • Collect, verify, and follow up on all required customer documentation to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth loan login, processing, and sanction support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Regularly follow up with customers and lending partners until loan disbursement and maintain accurate records of all leads and files.
