Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Backend Executive to handle loan documentation, file coordination, and login processes for various financial products, including Working Capital, Home Loans, and Secured Loans. The ideal candidate will interact directly with Banks and NBFCs to ensure efficient loan processing, compliance, and timely approvals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLoan Documentation & Login: Prepare, verify, and complete loan file documentation for Working Capital (CC/OD), Home Loans, and Secured Loans before submitting them to Banks and NBFCs.
• Bank & NBFC Coordination: Liaise and discuss loan proposals with bank officials, credit managers, and financial institutions to ensure smooth file log-in and approval.
• Application Tracking: Regularly track the status of submitted loan applications, handle queries raised by credit teams, and push files toward sanction and disbursement.
• Client & File Coordination: Follow up with clients to collect missing financial documents, KYC, banking details, and tax records required for loan processing.
• MIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate daily/weekly records and reports of incoming loan files, pending queries, approvals, and disbursements.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in handling Working Capital loan files.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking processes, loan documentation, financial statements, and credit norms of Banks and NBFCs.
• Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills to negotiate and discuss proposals effectively with bank personnel.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic email etiquette.
