Loan Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to support solar financing operations. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end loan processing workflow for residential and/or commercial solar projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals. This role requires coordination with customers, sales teams, lenders, and installation partners to facilitate smooth financing experiences.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process solar loan applications from submission to approval.
• Verify applicant documentation including income, identity, credit, and property information.
• Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, sales representatives, and customers to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
• Ensure all loan files comply with company policies, lender requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Track application status and maintain accurate records in CRM and loan management systems.
• Communicate loan status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in preparing financing documents, agreements, and disclosures.
• Monitor timelines to ensure fast turnaround and customer satisfaction.
• Support funding and post-installation documentation processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
