Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage our garment manufacturing workflow. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods between jobbers, washing units, and pressing units, ensuring accurate inward/outward documentation and maintaining real-time status updates on all garments in production.

• Key Responsibilities:Jobber & Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage outsourced work with external jobbers; track timelines and ensure quality standards are met.
• Inward/Outward Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of all raw materials and semi-finished garments moving out to and coming back from Washing and Pressing units.
• Real-time Status Updates: Keep up-to-date, accurate digital or manual logs regarding the current production stage of every garment batch.
• Production Oversight: Monitor the manufacturing floor to ensure smooth transitions between cutting, stitching, washing, pressing, and final packaging.
• Quality Check: Ensure that garments returning from jobbers and washing/pressing units meet the company's quality expectations before moving to the next stage.

• Requirements & Qualifications:Industry Knowledge: Basic to solid understanding of the garment manufacturing process (stitching, washing, finishing, and pressing) is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent tracking, organizational, and inventory management skills. Basic computer/Excel knowledge for maintaining everyday logs is highly preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a garment manufacturing unit, export house, or textile facility handling jobbers is a strong plus.
