Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, Job Hai, WorkIndia)
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial HR interviews
- Schedule interviews with clients
- Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and trackers
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
- Generate candidate references
- Conduct market sourcing and field recruitment activities
- Visit colleges, job fairs, NGOs, and local markets for hiring drives
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Required SkillsExcellent Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
