Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Shukan Hospital and IVF Centre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with a focus on fertility and IVF services. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategic marketing plans to increase patient engagement, build partnerships, and enhance our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Shukan Hospital and IVF Centre, focusing on traditional marketing channels and community outreach.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as brochures, flyers, and patient education materials to inform and attract potential patients.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns through traditional media channels like print ads, radio, and outdoor advertising, ensuring they align with our brand values.
- Patient Outreach: Develop patient referral programs, community outreach initiatives, and partnerships with local healthcare providers to increase patient intake.
- Market Research: Conduct regular market analysis to understand the competitive landscape, identify new opportunities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, seminars, workshops, and community health programs related to fertility and women's health, to engage with the community and enhance brand visibility.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, healthcare professionals, and local organizations to increase awareness and credibility of our services.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns through traditional channels, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and report on key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the fertility or IVF sector.
- Strong understanding of traditional marketing strategies and community outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
