Marketing Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive / Lead Generation Executive to promote our HRPS Payroll Software and generate business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, creating awareness about our solutions, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales team for closures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for HRMS & Payroll Software solutions.
• Identify and connect with HR Managers, Accounts Managers, Admin Heads, and decision-makers.
• Perform outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and follow-ups.
• Schedule product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Maintain lead data and update CRM records.
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities when required.
• Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Knowledge of Email Communication and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of B2B Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Experience with LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and digital marketing platforms will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
• QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
• MBA (Marketing) preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Software Sales will be preferred.

SalarySalary will be based on experience and capability.
