Marketing Specialist
In your role as a CRM Specialist, you have a dynamic position that encompasses multiple facets of client relationship marketing. Your expertise lies in understanding the core principles of CRM and establishing strong connections with key stakeholders. Your main responsibilities involve implementing impactful initiatives and programs, as well as measuring and reporting their effectiveness. While you may manage your own accounts with guidance from senior colleagues, you also collaborate with senior CRM leads at their respective accounts.
Value Creator:
• Empowers CRM lead(s) in implementation and delivery
• May lead 1-2 light accounts, coached and guided by senior colleagues. This
may also include supporting a cluster of accounts as part of our “dynamic”
CRM model.
• Selects and leverages value-driven content and experiences for our accounts.
• Gathers and organizes buyer insights and relationship intelligence.
• Proactively acquires industry knowledge, immerses in trends and
developments.
• Leads and actively embraces GenAIsolutions as our digital colleagues and
pro-actively gains a deeper understanding of when and how to utilize them
effectively.
People Developer:
• Lives our Purpose, our Core Values, our Code Of Business Ethics and our
Leadership Essentials.
• Optionally acts as one M&C and one Client Relationship Marketing Team.
• Cultivates and owns relationships with key stakeholders (CALS) in business &
marketing teams.
• Champions collaboration across M&C and with business teams.
• Embraces curiosity and agility, adapting with a growth and change mindset
to meet business needs..
• Fosters peer connections for shared growth, coaching, and collaboration,
cultivating a strong community.
Business Operator:
• Measures our marketing against KPIs and uses feedback loops for continuous
improvement
• Masters essential tools like SynOps for M&C including M+C Plan, MMS,
Monday, Writer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Collaborates with the industry captain and team members to streamline
processes, drive innovation, and enhance efficiency.
• Assumes a champion or expert role on a specific topic or area.
• Exemplify data led, modern marketing.
