Job Description
Skills & Knowledge:
Basic mechanical knowledge: Drawing Reading, Mechanical Units, Fasteners, Sheet-metal Work, Welding, Machining Work, Motors, Bearings, and Basic Electrical Wiring.
Basic knowledge of Free CAD Software.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Site Visits: Handling installation and service.
Vendor Visits: Conducting quality checks on machines.
Problem Solving: Identifying and solving technical bottlenecks at customer sites, the shop floor, and vendor sites.
Technical Support: Assisting the internal team and the sales department.
Project Involvement: Contributing to large-scale projects and customized machine builds.
