Job Description

  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Implement and support network solutions using Cisco and Fortinet technologies
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks)
  • Manage firewall configurations, security policies, and access controls
  • Perform network upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless network operations
  • Maintain proper documentation of network configurations and processes
