Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office functioning by handling routine clerical tasks, maintaining records, and assisting staff with administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle correspondence
- Maintain and organize office records and documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Monitor and order office supplies when needed
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
- Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
