Job Description
Job Title: Office Boy / Peon
Job Summary:- We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy/Peon to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and handling basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (tables, chairs, pantry, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
- Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery
- Assist in opening and closing the office
- Manage office supplies and inform when stock is low
- Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office
- Help staff with basic tasks as required
- Ensure proper arrangement of meeting rooms
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of office work
- Honest, punctual, and responsible
- Good behaviour and communication skills
