Job Description
We are hiring an Office Boy / Peon for office housekeeping and pantry work. Candidate should know tea-coffee making, office cleaning, bathroom cleaning, food serving, and maintaining office cleanliness. Candidate must be hardworking, disciplined, and responsible. Prior experience will be preferred.
- Making and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
- Clean floors, tables, office furniture, and office equipment regularly
- Ensure pantry items and cleaning materials are properly arranged and stocked
- Serve food and refreshments during meetings or office events
- Handle basic office support work such as file movement, photocopy, and document delivery
- Dispose of garbage and maintain hygiene standards in the office
- Assist staff with day-to-day office requirements
- Open and close office premises when required
- Follow cleanliness and safety instructions properly
