Job Description

  • Staff aur visitors ko time par chai, coffee aur paani serve karna
  • Lunch room/pantry ko properly manage karna aur clean aur organized rakhna
  • Pura office clean aur hygienic rakhna, including tables, chairs, pantry, offices, conference room aur lunch room
  • Washrooms ko regularly check karna aur safai maintain rakhna
  • Office supplies (stationery aur pantry items) monitor karna aur time par restock karna
  • Photocopy, scanning aur filing mein help karna
  • Office ke andar aur bahar (bank, post office, etc.) documents deliver karna
  • Incoming aur outgoing documents, files aur courier handle karna
  • Meetings ke liye meeting room set up karne mein help karna
