Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Office & Field Coordinator to support our Ahmedabad office operations and coordinate with various government departments and project offices. The role involves both office-based work and field visits across Ahmedabad.


Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and processing of billing documents.
  • Submission and collection of documents at CPM Office, Railway Offices, Government Departments, and client offices.
  • Coordination with government authorities and project stakeholders.
  • Office documentation, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Follow-up on approvals, permissions, and project submissions.
  • Travel within Ahmedabad and nearby locations as required.
  • General administrative and project coordination support.
