Operation Manager

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager for our manpower and security services company. The candidate will be responsible for handling complete security operations, manpower deployment, client management, and field team supervision.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing security guards, multiple client sites, operations planning, and maintaining service quality in the security industry.

• Manage complete day-to-day security operations
• Handle deployment of security guards at client locations
• Supervise field officers and security supervisors
• Ensure proper staffing, attendance, and shift management
• Conduct regular site inspections and client meetings
• Maintain strong client relationships and resolve complaints quickly
• Monitor discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and replacement of guards
• Prepare operational reports, duty rosters, and MIS reports
• Ensure smooth manpower operations across all sites
• Handle emergency situations and operational escalations
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and client requirements
• Improve operational efficiency and service quality
