Job Description

Outlet Manager


Responsibilities


- Manage day-to-day outlet operations.

- Welcome customers and provide good service.

- Handle billing and cash/UPI payments.

- Ensure the outlet is clean and well-maintained.

- Manage staff and assign daily work.

- Check ice cream stock and inform management when stock is low.

- Open and close the outlet on time.

- Resolve customer complaints politely.

- Achieve daily sales targets.

- Follow company rules and maintain discipline.


Requirements


- 12th Pass or above.

- 1–2 years of experience in a retail shop, café, restaurant, or food outlet is preferred.

- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.

- Honest, responsible, and punctual.

- Basic mobile and billing/POS knowledge.

- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
