Job Title: Packaging Executive / Packaging Associate

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

Eternity by Sakshi is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, and hardworking Packaging Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and professionally while maintaining our brand's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pick products according to customer orders.
2. Inspect products for quality before packaging.
3. Fold garments neatly and prepare them for packing.
4. Pack products using company-approved packaging materials and branding guidelines.
5. Attach product tags, invoices, labels, and shipping stickers accurately.
6. Verify order details to ensure the correct products, sizes, and quantities are packed.
7. Prepare parcels for courier dispatch.
8. Assist in sorting, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the packaging area.
9. Keep the packaging station clean, organized, and efficient.
10. Report damaged, defective, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
11. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing.
12. Follow company SOPs and quality standards during all packaging activities.
13. Support the team during high-volume sales periods and promotional campaigns.
14. Handle packaging materials responsibly to minimize waste.
15. Ensure all assigned work is completed within the daily timelines.

Skills Required

1. Basic reading and writing skills.
2. Good attention to detail.
3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
5. Team player with a positive attitude.
6. Ability to follow instructions accurately.
7. Basic understanding of product handling and packaging is preferred.
8. Physically fit to stand and work throughout the shift.
9. Prior experience in packaging, warehouse, logistics, or garment industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility

1. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
2. Freshers are welcome to apply.
3. Experienced candidates will be given preference.
4. Candidates residing in or around Ahmedabad are preferred.
