* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for *leads, conversions, and ROI*

* Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

* Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution

* Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

* Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and landing pages

* Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance

* Track and report key metrics like *CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS*

* Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

### *Requirements*

* 0–3 years of experience in *Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing*

* Basic knowledge of *Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools*

* Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and coordination abilities

* Familiarity with tools like *Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or CRM tools* is a plus
