Pickers & Packers – Job Description

Designation: Pickers & Packers

Job Location : Vraj vihar / Thaltej / Nandanbang / Makarba - Ahmedabad

Education : 10th to Graduates

Job Responsibilities:

•      Picking products accurately from warehouse/store shelves as per order requirements.

•      Packing items safely and properly before dispatch.

•      Scanning products using handheld devices/mobile applications.

•      Checking product quality, quantity, and expiry before packing.

•      Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store/warehouse.

•      Assisting in loading and unloading of products when required.

•      Coordinating with the delivery team for timely order dispatch.

•      Following company safety and operational guidelines.

•      Managing inventory handling and stock movement activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

•      Education: 10th Pass to Graduate

•      Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

•      Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

•      Basic understanding of smartphone usage preferred

Skills Required:

•      Basic communication skills

•      Ability to work in rotational shifts

•      Team handling and coordination skills

•      Physically fit for warehouse/store operations

•      Attention to detail and time management

Shift Timing:

•      Rotational Shifts : 3:00pm to 12:00 PM II 11:00pm to 8:00 AM
