Job Description

Oversee daily factory operations and production activities

Plan and organize production schedules

Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications

Manage and supervise factory staff, including hiring and training

Monitor production costs and implement cost-control measures

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Maintain and improve efficiency of machinery and equipment

Coordinate with other departments (procurement, logistics, sales)

Analyze production data and prepare performance reports

Implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., lean manufacturing)
