Experience: 1–5 years in screen printing (heat transfer / garment / silicon printing preferred)

Job Description: We are a leading manufacturer of heat transfer labels, silicon HD prints, and screen-printed labels for the apparel industry. We are hiring experienced Screen Print Machine Operators to run production on our printing line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screen printing machines (manual / semi-automatic / automatic)
• Mount screens, set registration, and adjust squeegee pressure/angle for accurate printing
• Mix and match inks (water-based, plastisol, silicon) as per shade card
• Load film/release paper, run print jobs, and ensure print quality (colour, sharpness, layer alignment)
• Perform first-piece approval with supervisor before bulk production
• Clean screens, maintain machine, and do basic troubleshooting (misprints, ghosting, ink drying)
• Maintain daily production records and wastage reports
• Work with QC team to meet quality standards and delivery timelines

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of screen printing process and ink behaviour
• Ability to read job cards and match colours
• Basic understanding of mesh count, emulsion, and registration
• Eye for detail and print quality
• Can operate in multi-colour printing setups

2. Helper – Picking & Packing

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years

Job Description: We are hiring Helpers for the Picking & Packing department at our heat transfer label manufacturing unit. The role involves handling finished goods, counting, packing, and preparing dispatches for apparel clients across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick finished heat transfer stickers / silicon labels from production as per job order
• Count pieces accurately and match with job card quantity
• Pack goods in bundles / boxes / courier bags as per packing standard
• Label cartons with client name, design code, and quantity
• Assist in weighing, sealing, and staging parcels for dispatch
• Keep the packing area clean and organised
• Help in loading/unloading when required
• Report any shortage, damage, or quality issue to the supervisor

Skills Required:

• Basic counting and number reading ability
• Attention to detail (correct design, correct quantity)
• Physically fit — able to stand, lift cartons, and work on feet for full shift
• Discipline and punctuality
