Processing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our immigration firm as a Processing Executive for NIGHT SHIFT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and managing documentation, client coordination, form submissions, and tracking application statuses for various visa and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review immigration documents and application forms
• Client follow-up and communication on a regular basis
• Liaise with clients to collect required information and supporting documents
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and guidelines
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams when necessary
• Track application progress and provide updates to clients
• Maintain organized records and digital client files
• Draft professional emails, letters, and supporting documentation
• Schedule appointments and maintain client communication logs
• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion
• Assist in preparing submissions for work permits, visitor visas, study permits, PR applications, LMIA-based applications, and other immigration matters
• Support office administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• This position requires working night shifts
• Prior experience in immigration services or administrative processing preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or immigration case management software
• Advanced level English speaking and professional email writing skills required
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
