About UsVNH International is a growing company engaged in the processing, packaging, and distribution of premium Makhana (Fox Nuts). We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Production & Dispatch Manager to oversee our daily production and dispatch operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage the day-to-day production and packaging activities.
• Coordinate and oversee a team of female packaging staff (approximately 4 employees).
• Plan production schedules based on incoming orders and dispatch requirements.
• Ensure timely packaging and dispatch of finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and packaging materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and smooth workflow in the production area.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.
• Keep records of production, inventory, and dispatch activities.
• Coordinate with management regarding order fulfillment and operational requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in factory, warehouse, production, or dispatch management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle daily operations independently.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory records, etc.) preferred.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Preferred Experience2–5 years of experience in production, warehouse, dispatch, or factory operations.
• Experience in food processing, packaging, FMCG, or related industries will be an advantage.

SalarySalary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
