Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Production & Operations Supervisor to oversee our daily facility workflows.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing floor labor, optimizing production outputs, maintaining tight inventory control, and handling essential bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a commerce background to ensure both operational and administrative excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Labour Management: Guide and manage daily worker tasks on the floor.
  • Inventory Management: Track, check, and control stock and materials.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee daily output to meet company goals.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain basic financial records and accounts.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily performance reports.
