Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards. The role involves managing shop-floor activities, workforce supervision, and continuous process improvement.

• Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications
• Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping (5S) on the shop floor
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores departments
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain records
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and efficiency
• Ensure proper utilization of machines and reduce downtime
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean practices)
