As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day will involve defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will play a crucial role in steering the project towards success by coordinating efforts and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to stay on track.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to diverse stakeholders.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
