About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage customized door projects from order confirmation to final installation and handover. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers, site teams, production, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

* Take ownership of projects after order confirmation.

* Monitor project progress from start to completion.

* Ensure timely execution according to the committed schedule.

Site Coordination

* Schedule site measurements with the fitting team.

* Coordinate with customers, builders, architects, and site engineers.

* Ensure all site information is complete before production.

Internal Coordination

* Coordinate with the Draftsman & Order Planning Executive for drawing approval.

* Follow up with the production team on manufacturing progress.

* Coordinate dispatch schedules and installation planning.

Customer Communication

* Provide regular project updates.

* Resolve day-to-day coordination issues.

* Maintain professional communication throughout the project.

Documentation

* Maintain project files and status reports.

* Track pending activities and deadlines.

* Ensure all project documents are complete before handover.

Project Completion

* Coordinate successful installation.

* Ensure customer satisfaction and project handover.

* Support the accounts team in completing billing and payment follow-up.

Required Skills

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Excellent planning and organizational ability.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

* Problem-solving mindset.

* Basic understanding of construction or interior projects is preferred.

Preferred Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, site coordination, construction, interiors, furniture, modular kitchens, aluminium, or door manufacturing.

Qualification

* Graduate or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Interior Design, Construction Management, or any relevant field.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

* On-time project completion.

* On-time production and dispatch coordination.

* Minimum project delays due to coordination issues.
