Job Description

Quality and Operations Excellence

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Identify, design, and execute process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. 

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. 

  • Provide Lean Six Sigma training and mentorship, governance and reporting of in progress and implemented projects and measure their success 

  • Create a culture focused on Continuous Improvement, challenging status-quo, thinking outside-the-box, and coach, mentor Green-Belts and Yellow-Belts 

  • Ensuring operational efficiency by analysing operational data to identify trends, root cause of issues and opportunities of improvement  

  • Create, review, edit, and format documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, manuals, workflows, templates, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with established guidelines and standards. 

  • Establish and maintain document control processes, including version control, document tracking, distribution, change control process and archival, to ensure that documents are current, accessible, and properly managed throughout their lifecycle. 

  • Conduct quality reviews and audits of documents to identify errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues, and recommend corrective actions and improvements to enhance document quality and integrity. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree  

  • 2-3 years of experience in six sigma project/PEX team leading and mentoring projects within Finance, Procurement, HR and IT  

  • Proficiency in six sigma tools and techniques, strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data analysis. 

  • Experience working with tools like VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC/DMADV, 5S, Kaizen, 8D 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, change management, and project management skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of other automation tools and technologies. 

  • Knowledge of Visio and other tools to create workflow, manuals, Document management etc 

  • ISO 2001:2015 Lead Auditor
