Job Description
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of Air Receiver Tanks and fabricated components.
- Prepare and maintain quality-related documents such as Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Inspection Reports, Test Certificates, Quality Dossiers, and other inspection documents.
- Coordinate and attend Third-Party Inspections (TPI) with agencies such as TÜV, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s, etc.
- Coordinate with customers, third-party inspectors, and internal production teams regarding inspection requirements and quality-related issues.
- Review material test certificates (MTC), welding-related documents, and other quality records.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain Hydro Test Reports, Dimensional Inspection Reports, Visual Inspection Reports, Welding Inspection Records, and other relevant documents.
- Prepare final Quality / Manufacturing Data Dossiers (MDR) as per customer requirements.
- Understand and implement applicable ASME / pressure vessel standards, customer specifications, and approved drawings.
- Prepare and modify 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
- Review drawings, dimensions, specifications, and fabrication details before and during manufacturing.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure fabrication is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify quality deviations/non-conformities and coordinate for corrective actions.
- Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, and quality documentation.
- Support the production and engineering team in resolving technical and quality-related issues.
