Job Description
- Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Purchase & Sales Executive with proven experience in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing property acquisitions, handling client interactions, and closing sales deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new property listings (rental & sales)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
- Handle site visits and client meetings professionally
- Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and client data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate sales/purchase is mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Ahmedabad real estate market preferred
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure
- Presentable personality with a professional approach
