We are expanding our team and looking for energetic individuals who want to build a career in the real estate industry.Job DescriptionWe are seeking smart, enthusiastic, and driven fresher candidates who are eager to start their career in real estate sales. The role involves interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and assisting them in property investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings
- Explain project details and investment opportunities to clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth deal closure
- Assist clients with site visits and property documentation
- Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales
- RequirementsFreshers are welcome
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Working Hours 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
