Job Description

Real Estate Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, handling site visits, achieving monthly booking targets, and motivating the team to maximize performance. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and closing skills are essential. Prior experience in real estate sales and team management is preferred.
