JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

REAL ESTATE

We are looking for a Sales Executive for our real estate company who can handle client inquiries, property visits, follow-ups, and sales coordination.


Work Profile:

• Handle incoming leads and client inquiries

• Call clients and understand their property requirements

• Share suitable property options with clients

• Coordinate and arrange property site visits

• Follow up with clients regularly

• Maintain client data and update lead status

• Coordinate with property owners, investors, and builders

• Explain project details, pricing, and availability to clients

• Support the team in closing sales and rental deals

• Build good relationships with clients for future business


Candidate Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate preferred

• Confident and presentable personality

• Ability to handle clients professionally

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-oriented and hardworking
