Job Description

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Define the overall sales vision, roadmap, and annual revenue targets of Projects
  • Analyze local property market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Manage sales budgets, evaluate cost per acquisition, and forecast expected sales volume and gross-profit plans
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales managers, team leads, and property consultants.
  • Oversee recruitment, ongoing training, performance appraisals, and career planning discussions.
  • Foster a competitive, target-driven, and collaborative team culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and channel partners.
  • Troubleshoot escalated customer issues or negotiation breakdowns to protect company reputation and revenue.
