Job SummaryPitambra Film & Production is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front-desk operations and handle client communications. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Front Desk ManagementWelcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area and maintain a positive first impression of the company.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and client visits.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure proper coordination with internal teams.
  • Telecalling & Client CoordinationMake outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
  • Explain company services, packages, and ongoing offers to potential clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and address their queries professionally.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams for smooth client servicing.
  • Data Management & ReportingMaintain and update client databases and enquiry records accurately.
  • Prepare daily call reports, follow-up sheets, and appointment reports.
  • Ensure all client information is recorded and updated in the company's systems.
  • Assist management with administrative and reporting tasks as required.
  • Skills & RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and data management.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in reception, telecalling, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
