Job Description
Handle day-to-day Chennai branch activities and operations. we need one canidate for the tamil language
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve assigned business and revenue targets.
Follow up on pending collections and ensure timely closures.
Coordinate with sales, HR, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
Maintain daily reports (DSR), MIS reports, and branch performance updates.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Resolve client concerns and provide prompt support.
Monitor employee performance and ensure process adherence.
Ensure branch discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to management.
